Italy: Curtains up on the 2nd national competition

For the national categories, there were two Cadetti, five Basic Novice, four Advanced Novice and three Junior teams participating from different regions.

In the Cadetti category, the Ladybirds team did a really good job this time, gaining seven points in comparison with the first competition of the year. Of course, Hot Shivers didn't let their guard down so they ended first again.

In the Basic Novice category, the competing teams improved their scores by the following:
- Shining Blades team gained 4 points
- Crazy Splinters team gained 8 points
- Olimpia Team gained 1 point
- Ice Diamonds team gained 5 points
- Ladybirds team gained 9 points

Advanced Novice teams also earned better scores as a few weeks ago:
- Hot Shivers team gained 8 points
- Ladybirds team gained 0.04 points
- Ice on Fire gained 8 point
- Flying Angels team gained 4 points

At the Junior level, the participating teams improved their marks:
- Ice on Fire team gained 8 points on SP and 18 points on FP
- Ice Diamonds team gained 8 points on SP and 5 points on FP

Great efforts and hard work have been done since the last competition in Italy.

This competition was also for Open categories. In this segment, there were six Juvenile, six Mixed Age Under 15, four Mixed Age Over 15 and two Adult teams participating in the event.

This was the debut for the two Adult teams Flying Angels and SunrIce Gold which showed all the love and passion they share for our beautiful sport. The public had so much fun that cheered for them like they were standing in the World Championship.
